Cover and prepare all work areas

- • Install new Smooth waterproof membrane over entire roof;
- • Install new Smooth waterproof membrane over entire roof;
- • Install new POLYFRESCO torch down using blow torch over the entire roof;
- • Replace damage scuppers, as necessary, and waterproof all;
- • Clean up property and haul away all roof waste, trash and debris;

- • Call for final inspection;
- • Provide 20 years, transferable warranty on material and Labor;
- •All taxes, labor and material costs are included, except permit fee.
